Due to the nature of our business, we do not carry all products in all sizes at all times. In the event an item is not in stock when ordered, your item can be shipped direct from the warehouse and will be delivered as soon as it is available.

We will give you a Return merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) to put on the outside of your return shipment.
Cost of shipping a product back will not be covered unless it was our mistake. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
We currently only ship to the USA. Shipping to AK or HI is an extra $8 per order. Products shipped to VA will be charged 4.5% for sales tax. Our product shipping costs is based on the dollar amount of your order as follows:
